We all love BIRYANI. In fact, the most ordered food during lockdown was Biryani. In India, as we travel over 10 kilometers, the taste of water changes. Similarly the taste and aroma of biryani changes from region to region. The ingredients, spices, process of marinating, preparation gives it an unique taste. Everyone has heard the name of 'Hyderabadi Biryani'. Hyderabadi biryani is generally believed to have originated in the kitchens of the Nizam of Hyderabad. The ingredients are basmati rice, goat meat or chicken, dahi, onions, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom (elaichi), bay leaves, nutmeg, curry leaf, black cumin (shahi jeera), mace flower (javitri), star anise (biryani flower), lemon, and saffron. Coriander leaves and fried onions are used as garnish. The original dish is cooked with red meat but chicken, fish, prawns can be used for some variations. Some people also use vegetables in making this biryani. Let us now discuss about an hotel specialized in Biryanis (Both veg and non-veg). Unlike other places where veg food is not good where non-veg is served, here veg biryanis are equally good as non-veg biryanis.

Its specialties are Biryani, kababs and curries. Their huge menu consists of veg starters, non-veg starters, veg kebabs, non-veg kababs, mutton, sea-food, egg snacks, mughlai gravies, chinese rice, roti, naan, parotha, kulcha, and last but most important veg & nonveg biryanis. Mutton items can be improved a lot.


Most popular items ordered include Mushroom kebab, Chicken Chilli, Tandoori Chicken, Spicy Fried Chicken, Chicken Roganjosh, Lemon chicken, Kaju Curry, Paneer tikka masala, Kaju Biryani, Mushroom Biryani, Aroma's Special Chicken biryani, Rambo Chicken Biryani, Prawns Biryani, Raita, etc. Almost all food here is spicy. Do not ask to add extra spices.


Rush hours between 8 pm and 10 pm. Buses and rickshaws are available at a small distance on main road. Limited wallet parking. Best to hang out with family and friends. Ample seating area with quite classy interior. Service is slow; especially if you are ordering vegetarian food. Make sure you make reservations on weekends, or else be ready to wait for a while. This place is a good option mainly because of the quantity they provide. They offer half and full portion of almost all the dishes. The half portion is enough for two people who are not insanely hungry. They charge extra for onion when onion prices are increased. Parcel facility is also available. Good offers on Swiggy and Zomato while ordering online.
