The ingredients are basmati rice, goat meat or chicken, dahi, onions, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom (elaichi), bay leaves, nutmeg, curry leaf, black cumin (shahi jeera), mace flower (javitri), star anise (biryani flower), lemon, and saffron. Coriander leaves and fried onions are used as garnish. The original dish is cooked with red meat but chicken, fish, prawns can be used for some variations. Their huge menu consists of veg starters, non-veg starters, veg kebabs, non-veg kababs, mutton, sea-food, egg snacks, mughlai gravies, chinese rice, roti, naan, parotha, kulcha, and last but most important veg & nonveg biryanis. Mutton items can be improved a lot.

Most popular items ordered include Mushroom kebab, Chicken Chilli, Tandoori Chicken, Spicy Fried Chicken, Chicken Roganjosh, Lemon chicken, Kaju Curry, Paneer tikka masala, Kaju Biryani, Mushroom Biryani, Aroma's Special Chicken biryani, Rambo Chicken Biryani, Prawns Biryani, Raita, etc. Almost all food here is spicy. Do not ask to add extra spices.

Rush hours between 8 pm and 10 pm. Buses and rickshaws are available at a small distance on main road. Limited wallet parking. Best to hang out with family and friends. Ample seating area with quite classy interior. Service is slow; especially if you are ordering vegetarian food. Make sure you make reservations on weekends, or else be ready to wait for a while. This place is a good option mainly because of the quantity they provide. They offer half and full portion of almost all the dishes. Recommended hotel for all types of cuisines. You can have about 30 people sitting on same table. Separate room is available for small parties as well. Lawn is also available for parties.

Extra items (bhaji if needed) is charged separately. If ordered online, a single Maharaja meal would be sufficient for two people.
